  1. Does my shipment have insurance coverage?
    Don't worry, AlpDelivery.ch has public liability insurance coverage. However, we can also offer supplementary cargo insurance up to CHF 50'000.- if required. If you need extra insurance to cover your delivery, this will be added to your overall price. Please Contact Us for more information.

  2. How can I cancel or rearrange my delivery slot?
    If you've made a mistake or you've realised that you have plans, don't worry. You can always amend your delivery details by using our Contact Us form and our friendly customer service team will be happy to help.

  3. How do I get a quote for the delivery?
    You can request a quote by filling in our Quote Form confirming the delivery address and package details. We aim to get back to you within 15 minutes!

  4. What are the maximum weights and dimensions allowed per shipment?
    The weight and dimensions may differ depending on the service you choose and the destination. Fill in our Quote Form to see the type of service required for your package. If you're unsure of the weight or dimensions of your package, please Contact Us for assistance.

  5. Are there any goods that AlpDelivery.ch aren't able to deliver?
    We pride ourselves in being one of the most flexible courier services out there. But due to health and safety restrictions, there are certain items that we're unable to carry.
