  1. Is my shipment has insurance coverage? 
    AlpDelivery.ch has public liability insurance. Based on a request from the Client, AlpDelivery.ch can offer supplementary insurance (Cargo insurance) up to CHF 50'000.-. In this case, the Client will be charged for the additional fees of the cargo insurance.

  2. How can I cancel or modify a reservation?
    If you wish to cancel or modify a made reservation, please Contact Us.

  3. How can I find the tariff of the service?
    You are welcome to send us a quote request by filling the initial fields, and we will gladly answer you as soon as possible. Generally, the response will be delivered within 15 minutes after submitting your request.

  4. What are the maximum weights and dimensions allowed per shipment?
    They are different depending on the chosen type of service and the requested destination. In case that the weight or dimensions of the cargo are unsuitable or unknown, please Contact Us.

  5. What are the goods which are not delivered by AlpDelivery.ch? What types of products are prohibited?
